取得する個人情報

Wind Treeは、お問い合わせ、業務相談、契約手続、打ち合わせ、業務遂行等に際して、氏名、会社名、部署名、役職、メールアドレス、電話番号、相談内容、契約・請求に関する情報、その他ご本人から提供された情報を取得することがあります。

顧客企業から提供される業務資料・データの取扱い

Wind Treeは、委託業務または支援業務の遂行に際し、顧客企業が保有する業務資料、帳票、CSV、画面情報、予約情報、売上情報、会計関連データ、その他業務上必要な資料を確認する場合があります。これらの資料に個人情報または機密情報が含まれる場合、Wind Treeは、契約または依頼された業務の範囲内でのみ取り扱い、Wind Tree独自の営業目的、広告目的、または第三者提供目的では利用しません。

Wind Treeは、業務上必要な場合を除き、顧客企業に対し、個人情報を含まない形式、またはマスキング・匿名化された資料の提供をお願いすることがあります。原本データの管理責任は、原則として当該データを保有する顧客企業にあります。

要配慮個人情報の取扱い

Wind Treeは、原則として、要配慮個人情報の提供を求めません。顧客企業から提供される業務資料・データの中に、病歴、健康診断結果、診療・調剤情報、障害、事故・けがに関する情報、その他法令上の要配慮個人情報に該当し得る情報が含まれる場合、Wind Treeは、業務上必要な範囲に限定して取り扱います。

Wind Treeは、要配慮個人情報に該当し得る情報について、可能な限り、顧客企業に対し、マスキング・匿名化、または当該情報を除外した資料の提供をお願いすることがあります。

国外居住者・外国籍の方等に関する情報の取扱い

Wind Treeは、原則として、顧客企業が保有する国外居住者、外国籍の方、海外従業員、海外取引先、海外顧客等に関する本人確認情報、国籍、在留資格、旅券番号、旅券写し、その他これらに類する情報の提供を求めません。

顧客企業から提供される業務資料・データの中に、国外居住者、外国籍の方、海外従業員、海外取引先、海外顧客等に関する情報が含まれる場合、Wind Treeは、契約または依頼された業務の範囲内で、業務上必要な最小限の範囲に限定して取り扱います。

Wind Treeは、これらの情報について、可能な限り、顧客企業に対し、マスキング・匿名化、または当該情報を除外した資料の提供をお願いすることがあります。

利用目的

Wind Treeは、取得または取り扱う個人情報を以下の目的で利用します。

• お問い合わせ、ご相談への対応
• 業務改善、AI活用、データ整理、クラウド活用、コーチング等の支援に関する連絡、打ち合わせ、提案、見積もり、契約手続
• 契約に基づく業務の遂行、進行管理、請求、支払い確認
• 顧客企業から依頼された業務資料、帳票、CSV、画面情報、予約情報、売上情報、会計関連データ等の確認、整理、分析、文書化、業務フロー化、システム連携検討
• サービス内容の改善、品質向上
• 法令、契約、規約等に基づく対応
• その他、上記に付随する目的

AI・クラウドサービス等の利用

Wind Treeは、業務改善、データ整理、文書作成、システム検討、クラウド活用等の支援において、AIサービス、クラウドサービス、開発支援ツール、分析ツール、その他外部サービスを利用することがあります。

Wind Treeは、個人情報または顧客企業の機密情報をAIサービス、クラウドサービス、外部ツール等に入力または保存する場合、業務上必要な範囲に限定し、必要に応じて顧客企業と利用範囲、入力対象、保存方法、削除方法等を確認したうえで取り扱います。

第三者提供

Wind Treeは、法令に基づく場合を除き、ご本人の同意なく個人情報を第三者に提供しません。また、顧客企業から委託または支援業務のために提供された個人情報を、契約または依頼された業務の範囲を超えて第三者に提供しません。

委託

Wind Treeは、業務遂行に必要な範囲で、クラウドサービス、メール、会計、契約管理、開発支援、AI、その他外部サービスを利用することがあります。この場合、Wind Treeは、必要な範囲で個人情報を取り扱うことがあります。

Wind Treeが外部サービスを利用する場合、Wind Treeは、利用目的、取り扱う情報の範囲、サービス提供者の安全管理措置等を踏まえ、合理的に必要な範囲で利用します。

安全管理

Wind Treeは、取得または取り扱う個人情報について、不正アクセス、紛失、漏えい、改ざん、不適切な持ち出し等を防止するため、合理的な安全管理措置を講じます。

Wind Treeは、顧客企業から提供された業務資料・データについて、業務上必要な範囲でのみ閲覧・保存・利用し、不要となった場合には、契約内容または顧客企業との合意に従い、削除、返却、または利用停止を行います。

開示・訂正・利用停止等

ご本人から、自己の個人情報について、開示、訂正、追加、削除、利用停止等のご依頼があった場合は、Wind Treeは、法令に従い、適切に対応します。

顧客企業が管理主体となる個人情報については、Wind Treeは、必要に応じて当該顧客企業と連携し、法令および契約に従って対応します。

Personal Information We Collect

Wind Tree may collect personal information such as your name, company name, department, title, email address, phone number, details of your inquiry or consultation, information related to contracts and invoices, and other information provided by you in connection with inquiries, business consultations, contract procedures, meetings, and service delivery.

Handling of Business Materials and Data Provided by Client Companies

In the course of outsourced work or support services, Wind Tree may review business materials, reports, CSV files, screen information, reservation information, sales information, accounting-related data, and other materials necessary for the work that are held by client companies. If such materials contain personal information or confidential information, Wind Tree will handle them only within the scope of the contracted or requested work and will not use them for Wind Tree’s own sales, advertising, or third-party provision purposes.

Except where necessary for business purposes, Wind Tree may ask client companies to provide materials in a form that does not include personal information, or in a masked or anonymized form. As a general rule, the responsibility for managing original data remains with the client company that holds such data.

Handling of Special Care-Required Personal Information

As a general rule, Wind Tree does not request the provision of special care-required personal information. If business materials or data provided by a client company contain information that may fall under special care-required personal information under applicable laws, such as medical history, health checkup results, medical treatment or dispensing information, disability-related information, accident or injury-related information, Wind Tree will handle such information only to the extent necessary for the work.

Wind Tree may ask the client company to provide materials with such information masked, anonymized, or excluded where possible.

Handling of Information Concerning Non-Residents, Foreign Nationals, and Related Persons

As a general rule, Wind Tree does not request the provision of identification information, nationality, residence status, passport numbers, passport copies, or similar information concerning non-residents of Japan, foreign nationals, overseas employees, overseas business partners, overseas customers, or related persons held by client companies.

If business materials or data provided by a client company contain information concerning non-residents of Japan, foreign nationals, overseas employees, overseas business partners, overseas customers, or related persons, Wind Tree will handle such information only within the scope of the contracted or requested work and only to the minimum extent necessary for the work.

Wind Tree may ask the client company to provide materials with such information masked, anonymized, or excluded where possible.

Purpose of Use

Wind Tree uses personal information it obtains or handles for the following purposes.

• Responding to inquiries and consultations
• Communicating, holding meetings, making proposals, preparing estimates, and carrying out contract procedures related to support for business improvement, AI utilization, data organization, cloud usage, coaching, and related services
• Performing contracted services, managing project progress, issuing invoices, and confirming payments
• Reviewing, organizing, analyzing, documenting, creating business flows, and considering system integrations for business materials, reports, CSV files, screen information, reservation information, sales information, accounting-related data, and other materials requested by client companies
• Improving service content and quality
• Responding to requirements under laws, contracts, terms, and regulations
• Other purposes incidental to the above

Use of AI, Cloud Services, and Related Tools

Wind Tree may use AI services, cloud services, development support tools, analysis tools, and other external services in support of business improvement, data organization, document preparation, system review, cloud utilization, and related work.

When Wind Tree enters or stores personal information or confidential information of a client company in AI services, cloud services, or external tools, Wind Tree will limit such handling to the scope necessary for the work and, as necessary, confirm with the client company the scope of use, the information to be entered, the storage method, the deletion method, and related matters.

Provision to Third Parties

Wind Tree does not provide personal information to third parties without the individual’s consent, except where required or permitted by law. Wind Tree also does not provide personal information received from client companies for outsourced work or support services to third parties beyond the scope of the contracted or requested work.

Outsourcing and Use of External Services

Wind Tree may use cloud services, email services, accounting services, contract management tools, development support tools, AI services, and other external services to the extent necessary for service delivery. In such cases, Wind Tree may handle personal information within the scope necessary for business purposes.

When using external services, Wind Tree will use them within a reasonably necessary scope, taking into account the purpose of use, the scope of information handled, and the security management measures of the service providers.

Security Management

Wind Tree takes reasonable security measures to prevent unauthorized access, loss, leakage, falsification, inappropriate removal, or other inappropriate handling of personal information obtained or handled by Wind Tree.

Wind Tree will view, store, and use business materials and data provided by client companies only to the extent necessary for the work, and when such materials and data are no longer necessary, Wind Tree will delete, return, or suspend their use in accordance with the contract terms or agreement with the client company.

Disclosure, Correction, Suspension of Use, etc.

If an individual requests disclosure, correction, addition, deletion, suspension of use, or other handling of their personal information, Wind Tree will respond appropriately in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

For personal information for which a client company is the managing party, Wind Tree will, as necessary, coordinate with the relevant client company and respond in accordance with applicable laws and contracts.
